By visiting our website, placing an order, signing up for updates, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Bored World is based in the Netherlands and sells and ships within the European Union and selected international destinations.

Eligibility

To place an order with Bored World, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your account details, login information, and password confidential.

Our Products

Bored World sells clothing and related products, including limited-release items and drop-based collections.

We try to display product images, colors, sizing information, descriptions, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

Product measurements, sizing advice, and fit information are provided as guidance only. You remain responsible for choosing the correct size before placing your order.

Limited Drops And Availability

Some Bored World products may be released as limited drops. This means stock may be limited and availability may not be guaranteed.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product. A product is only reserved once your order has been successfully placed and accepted by us.

We may limit quantities per customer, household, payment method, or delivery address where necessary to protect fair access to limited products or to prevent fraud, abuse, resale misuse, or technical manipulation.

We do not guarantee restocks. Returning an item does not reserve another product, size, color, or future release.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product or products under these Terms.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order request, but it does not always mean that your order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, for example if:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock
• There is a pricing, stock, or product information error
• Payment cannot be processed or verified
• We suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, bot activity, or misuse
• The shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or outside our available shipping area
• The order violates these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or cancelled item.

Prices And Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping costs, delivery options, taxes, duties where applicable, and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase at checkout.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless there was an obvious pricing error.

If there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Our payment providers and payment methods may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and other payment methods shown at checkout. We may also use Mollie in the future.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate.

Your order may be cancelled if payment is not successfully completed, verified, or approved by the payment provider.

Shipping And Delivery

We ship within the European Union and selected international destinations. Available shipping countries, delivery options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout or on our Shipping page.

We may use Sendcloud and carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, or other carriers depending on the shipment, destination, and selected delivery method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processes, high-volume periods, weather, strikes, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional costs may apply where permitted by law.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Risk And Ownership

Ownership of the products passes to you after we have received full payment.

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, physically receives the products.

Returns And Exchanges

Our returns, exchanges, withdrawal rights, return conditions, return costs, and refund process are explained in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

In general, EU consumers have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, unless an exception applies.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Bored World is an exclusive brand with limited drops and limited stock per item, which means we cannot guarantee that another size, color, or item will still be available.

These Terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Welcome@boredwrld.com.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the agreement, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Legal Guarantee

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

These statutory rights exist independently of any commercial warranty, return policy, or store policy we may offer.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Discount Codes And Promotions

Discount codes, promotions, early access offers, private access benefits, or other offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or used after the expiry date.

We may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions where necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted.

Accounts, Private Access And Waitlists

We may offer private access, waitlists, early access, product drop access, or customer accounts.

Access to private launches, early releases, or waitlists does not guarantee product availability or the right to purchase a product.

We may refuse, suspend, or remove access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse, bot activity, unauthorized access, or a breach of these Terms.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

If you tag us, submit photos, leave reviews, send feedback, or otherwise share content with us, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
